Con la finalidad de fiscalizar las ventas que realizan las empresas comercializadoras peruanas a trav\u00e9s del ciberespacio, el Instituto Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia y de la Protecci\u00f3n de la Propiedad Intelectual (INDECOPI) estudia la posibilidad de normar el uso del Libro de Reclamaciones en este tipo de operaciones, mediante el uso de un formato virtual.<\/p>\n<p>De este modo, el Indecopi propone que el Libro de Reclamaciones Virtual tendr\u00eda que ser ubicado en la p\u00e1gina de inicio del portal web del proveedor, lo cual permitir\u00eda que el consumidor acceda a \u00e9l f\u00e1cilmente para ejercer su derecho de reclamo, tal como lo se\u00f1ala el C\u00f3digo de Protecci\u00f3n y Defensa del Consumidor, promulgado en el 2010.<\/p>\n<p>El organismo eval\u00faa adem\u00e1s la informaci\u00f3n recogida a trav\u00e9s de m\u00e1s de 20,680 inspecciones a nivel nacional, realizadas hasta mayo \u00faltimo y hasta la fecha ya concluy\u00f3 con 848 casos y se han impuesto un total de S\/. 2\u2019611,210 (715.4 UIT) en multas.<\/p>\n<p>Del total de inspecciones, 43% fueron hechas en regiones y 57% en Lima y Callao. Seg\u00fan datos preliminares, 69% de los inspeccionados cumpli\u00f3 con tener el Libro de Reclamaciones en establecimientos convencionales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>21\/06\/2012.
