Y aunque suene a tema de contadores, te afecta directamente si alguna vez INDECOPI te pone una multa por el Libro de Reclamaciones.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Te explico r\u00e1pido por qu\u00e9 esto importa.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la UIT y por qu\u00e9 deber\u00eda importarte?<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">La UIT (Unidad Impositiva Tributaria) es un valor de referencia que el Estado peruano usa para calcular impuestos, beneficios y \u2014lo que nos interesa aqu\u00ed\u2014 multas. Casi todas las sanciones de INDECOPI no se expresan en soles directamente, sino en UIT. Entonces, cuando la UIT sube, las multas suben con ella de forma autom\u00e1tica.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Y este 2026 subi\u00f3.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Mediante el Decreto Supremo N\u00b0 301-2025-EF, publicado en El Peruano el 17 de diciembre de 2025, el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas fij\u00f3 la UIT 2026 en <strong>S\/5,500<\/strong>. El a\u00f1o pasado era S\/5,350, as\u00ed que subi\u00f3 S\/150 (un 2.8%).<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Parece poco. Son S\/5,500 m\u00e1s por exactamente la misma falta.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"><strong>Un punto importante sobre las microempresas<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Antes de que entres en p\u00e1nico, hay un matiz que conviene aclarar. INDECOPI no aplica la multa m\u00e1xima a todos por igual. La sanci\u00f3n se grad\u00faa seg\u00fan el tama\u00f1o de la empresa, la gravedad de la falta, si hubo reincidencia y el da\u00f1o causado al consumidor, siguiendo la metodolog\u00eda del Decreto Supremo N\u00b0 032-2021-PCM.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">En la pr\u00e1ctica, para un negocio peque\u00f1o que simplemente no ten\u00eda el libro visible, la multa suele estar en el rango bajo (1 a 3 UIT). Las multas de decenas o cientos de UIT se reservan para casos graves, reincidentes o de empresas grandes con muchos reclamos acumulados sin responder.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Pero ojo: incluso una multa \u00abpeque\u00f1a\u00bb de 2 UIT ya son S\/11,000. Para un negocio que reci\u00e9n arranca, eso duele.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"><strong>Lo que muchos no saben: las infracciones se acumulan<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 el detalle que agarra desprevenidos a muchos due\u00f1os de negocio. No tener el libro, no tener el aviso visible y no responder un reclamo a tiempo son <strong>tres infracciones distintas<\/strong>. INDECOPI las puede sancionar por separado.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">O sea, no es una sola multa. Si te fiscalizan y encuentran las tres cosas mal, pueden sumarse. Y si tienes varios locales, el problema se multiplica por sede.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo evitas todo esto?<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">La buena noticia es que cumplir cuesta much\u00edsimo menos que una sola multa. Lo b\u00e1sico es:<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Tener tu Libro de Reclamaciones disponible y visible (f\u00edsico y virtual, seg\u00fan tu caso), exhibir el aviso obligatorio donde el consumidor lo vea, y responder cada reclamo dentro de los 15 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles que marca la ley.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Ese \u00faltimo punto \u2014el plazo\u2014 es donde m\u00e1s empresas fallan, simplemente porque se les pasa la fecha. Un Libro de Reclamaciones Virtual con alertas autom\u00e1ticas te avisa antes de que venzas el plazo, y ah\u00ed es donde te ahorras el dolor de cabeza.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"><strong>En resumen<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">La UIT 2026 en S\/5,500 significa que cada multa de INDECOPI subi\u00f3 de monto este a\u00f1o. No es una subida dram\u00e1tica, pero en un contexto donde INDECOPI sigue fiscalizando activamente, es un recordatorio de que cumplir con el Libro de Reclamaciones sale mucho m\u00e1s barato que no hacerlo.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Si todav\u00eda gestionas tus reclamos en papel o no tienes un sistema que te avise de los plazos, este es buen momento para ordenarlo.
